Basically Titanite strengens the life energy and spiritual energy you already have. Green titanite tends to put more attention to the life energy while yellow titanite more the spiritual.
It does not increase or amplify the life and spiritual energy nor does it change the frequency. It strengens and fortifies it as to make it more resilliantt to outside influences.
