Many years of research have gone into producing these results.
All the crystals shown below are from my own collection and boost the kundalini quite strongly (spiritual energy), each in their unique way. Their incredibly high vibrations and powerful energies reach deeper than any other crystal I know of, and there are 5500+ of them. Some are even considered very uncomfortable for the inexperienced seeker, as they might trigger kundalini syndromes and detox reactions (headaches, emotional turmoil, lethargy, etc.).

There are 3 distinct properties that make up the ranking: 1) Frequency, 2) Power, 3) Duration. Let me explain:
It is not always the highest frequency that is the best. It can also be the most powerful, a combination of the two, or the duration of its workability.
F=Frequency is the spiritual vibration of a crystal. It is catagorised from 0 to 10. It follows the following logic: The frequency of a specific crystal will resonates with one of the chakra's in or around the body and that chakra has a number that you can find in the index next to the pictures. It has some semblance with color, but many crystals do not match color with chakra.
P=Power is the ability of a crystal to expand the energy in the body. This can be horizontal or vertical.
D=Duration is how long a crystal will do its work.
Direction can be upwards—kundalini, downwards—grounding, or expanding—horizontal.
Penfieldite, for example, is amazing because the location of its energy is far above the crown, where the energy expands and moves further up. If the frequency is very low, it does not mean it is a grounding crystal. It means its energy center is lower in the body.
The best grounding crystals are the powerful ones that expand the energy low and downwards, like uraninite, which has a focal point far below the body and expands the energy there, grounding it. But there are also low-frequency crystals that are very powerful and push the energy up, like Zincite. Those are the kundalini crystals.
Duration is also important; if the crystal only works for 10 minutes, then power and frequency are not as significant as they are for a crystal that works for a year with lower power or frequency. So the Top 200 = Frequency + Power + Duration. Highest numbers are on top. With same number, frequency is on top.
There are also properties like Love, Joy or Healing that are not ranked in this list, but you can filter them by clicking on the corresponding property.
There is also a group of crystals that seem to lack frequency and power but actually do the opposite. They are called zero-point crystals. They calm the energy and put you at rest. I placed them on a separate webpage called zero-point crystals.
I also added some metaphysical properties to the crystals if you click on the image, but understand that this is subjective and personal. Having said that, I am fully stabilised in a state called self-realization back in 2010, am part of Dzogchen Buddhism, meditating over 4 hours a day and am part of mama Aline's Bwiti village in Gabon. Done pretty much all the spirtual stuff on the planet plus I actually own all these crystals. So this is as accurate a list and description as you can get, non-biased and not used any external sources for information. In other words a complete new and fresh look at crystal energies.
I have tested this with many people to make sure the list is as accurate as possible, but it remains subjective. I have also dedicated a research page to understanding the possible source of crystal energy and why we feel them.
Note that some of these crystals are ultra-rare, some are toxic, and others are even radioactive. But to have an authentic Top 200, I have included them all. But be warned, it is not healthy to carry radio-active minerals with you and in many countries you are not allowed to have radio-active minerals in your collection that have more then 1 kBq/kg. This basically means all uranium and thorium bearing crystals.
